In meadow.Pileus convex, margin always uplifted and slightly striate, grayish white or pale yellow, with concolorous scales on surface, 6-8 cm in diam; lamellae free, white, with short gills, margin slightly serrate; stipe equal, brown, annulus in 1/3 part near cap, surface of stipe with white to grayish white scales, annulus white, stipe 8-11 cm long, 0.8-1.1 cm in diam., hollow; context white.
