Cap 5 cm in diam., convex, center rugose, dirty white, elsewhere white, margin inrolled; lamellae free, pinkish; stipe 3 X 0.5-0.7 cm, attenuate upwards, white, grayish or brownish, fibrillose, especially towards the base which is somewhat inflated.
