Xizang (Tibet): Changdu (Chamdo) Xian. ENE of Changdu; along road from Changdu (Chamdo) to Toba (highway 317), along the Lancang Jiang (upper Mekong River, or Za Qu in Tibetan). Disturbed, wide, gravelly roadside remaining after road improvement and adjacent open slope below scrubby meadow. 31°24'42"N, 97°12'15"E; 3350 m.
Shrub ca. 0.5 m tall, aromatic; corolla pale purplish blue; anthers blue.
