On duff of Abies.Clavate, hymenium yellow, head ca. 1.5-3 mm in diam., stalk buff, ca. 15-25 mm tall, a remains of broken membrane-like structure present on hymenium as species of genus Spathulariopsis, ascospores hyaline, guttulate, acicular, ca. 46-66 x 2.0-2.2 um, paraphyses curved to nearly coiled.
