Sichuan: Litang Xian. Road (highway 217) from Litang to Xinlong. Remnant Picea-Abies forest, bank of stream and disturbed roadside. 30°18'42"N, 100°17'44"E; 3630-3675 m.

Fruit body brain-like, orange to orangish. 1-3 cm in diam.
