Pileus 4-6 cm in diam, convex, yellowish brownish, densely covered with brown squamules. Lamellae adnate, yellowish. Stipe 5-8 x 1-1.5 cm, base slightly enlarged, concolorous with pileus, fibrillose, no annulus. Context yellowish. Taste mild.
