Pileus campanulate, grayish white, with yellowish brown tinge, darker toward center, 2-4 cm in diam., edge denticulate, whitish. Lamellae grayish, with densely blackish dots, paler toward lamellae edge. Stipe subcylindrical, 14 x 0.4-0.8 cm, thicker toward base.
