Pileus 6-15 cm in diam., applanate, margin reflexed, surface white or ochre, pallescent. Lamellae white or creamy, adnate to decurrent. Stipe concolorous with pileus, 4-8 x 1-2.5 cm, attenuate upwards, pallescent.
