Xizang (Tibet): Changdu (Chamdo) Xian. S of the city of Changdu (Qamdo) on road (highway 214) to Bangda along the Lancang Jiang (Mekong River). Xeric slopes and ravines along river valley; xeric shrub and herb vegetation dominant. 31°6'9"N, 97°11'10"E; 3240 m.
Scattered in slope. Shrubs ca. 0.7-1 m tall; corolla blue.
