On ground under Quercus at 3550 m.Pileus 5 cm in diam., convex, grayish to brownish, covered with white to whitish volval remnants. Lamellae white, free. Stipe 5 x 1 cm, white, fibrillose. Annulus white. Bulb 2 x 2 cm, subglobose, white, volval remnants in belts.
