On ground in forest of Abies and Rhododendron at 4100 m.Pileus 3-7 cm in diam., dry, densely covered with greenish brown hair-like squamules. Lamellae always green yellow. Stipe 5-7 x 1.2-1.5 cm, attenuate upwards, dirty white, often with pinkish or brownish tinge. Context sulfur yellow. Taste mild.
