On ground along stream at 3800 m.
Pileus 4-6 cm in diam., dry, yellowish, with ochraceous tinge. Lamellae brown. Stipe 4-7 x 0.5-0.8 cm, white, base enlarged. Annulus white. Context white, unchanging.
