On rotten wood under Abies at 4000 m.
Pileus 1.5-3 cm in diam., conical-convex with a subacute umbo, margin hydrophanous, striate. Lamellae brown. Stipe 3-5 x 0.2-0.4 cm, brown, with purplish tinge.
