In forest of Betula utilis at alt 3550 m.Pileus 8 cm in diam., convex, ochraceous brown, often with brown spots, margin incurved. Lamellae decurrent, brown, netted towards stipe base. Stipe 5 x 1.5 cm, with very small, brownish gray squamules. Context yellowish. Taste mild.
