On ground under Betula utilis at 3700 m.Pileus 5-10 cm, disc depressed, brownish to brown, margin light brown or yellowish, long striate. Lamellae white, forked. Stipe 5-10 x 2-3 cm, grayish, hollow. Context white, 3-5 mm thick at disc. Taste mild.
