On ground in forest of Abies and Rhododendron at 4060 m.Pileus 4-7 cm in diam., convex, sometimes with a depressed disc, viscid to glutinous, first bluish gray, then grayish brown or paler. Lamellae first with violet tinge, then brown. Stipe 6-10 x 0.5-1.5 cm, dry, apical region violet, lower part whitish to grayish or with violet tinge. Cortina (annulus) brown. Context dirty white. Taste mild.
