On soil in forest of Abies and Rhododendron at 4060 m.Pileus 1.5-3 cm, convex to campanulate, yellow to orange yellow, dry. Lamellae adnexed, yellow. Stipe 5-7 x 0.3-0.6 cm, dry, yellow with orange tinge, base often paler.
