On rotten wood under Abies and Rhododendron, at 4060 m.Pileus 5-11 cm long, 4-7 cm wide, grayish with gray or brownish squamules. Lamellae decurrent, white, netted towards stipe. Stipe 15-20 x 1-4 cm, dirty white.
