On rotten log.Omphalinoid, with blue-green algal colonies (?) at base, green spherical colonies, pileus light yellowish brown with depressive at center, striate, gills pale yellowish brown, decurrent, stipe tan-brown at apex, fading to pale tan at base, pileus less than 20 mm in diam., stipe less than 17.5 mm x 2 mm, see photo.
